Seneca Falls Police arrested a Newark resident for an incident that happened back in July.
As a result of the incident, Jamie Davidoff was charged with harassment, misappropriation of property, resisting arrest, and two counts of criminal mischief. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The 35-year-old Davidoff was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
