The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 23-year-old Candor man on an outstanding warrant related to a theft complaint at a local business.
Ryan Morse faces one count of petit larceny, a misdemeanor, and one count of third-degree burglary, a felony. After his arrest on Monday morning, Morse was transported to the Seneca County Jail, where he will await arraignment on the charges.
No other details related to the alleged theft were disclosed by police.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
