A 19-year-old man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police on a felony charge for allegedly violating an order of protection.
An investigation determined Andrew Scarborough allegedly threatened the victim via text message while having an active Class B order of protection in place. Scarborough was charged with felony criminal contempt as well as a misdemeanor charge of aggravated harassment.
Scarborough was sent to Seneca County Jail following his arrest to await arraignment.
