An accident on East Bayard Street in Seneca Falls Monday night resulted in the arrest of a 67-year-old Seneca Falls man.
According to Seneca Falls Police, Gary Goodman lost control of his motorcycle while making a turn, subsequently causing him to fall to the pavement. He sustained a small bruise under his eye but refused medical treatment. During their investigation, police determined Goodman had been operating his motorcycle while intoxicated.
He was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, obstructing governmental administration, unlicensed operation, unsafe tires, unregistered motorcycle, improper turn, and uninspected motorcycle.
Goodman was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment in CAP Court.
