A traffic stop conducted by Seneca Falls Police resulted in the felony arrest of a 40-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Robbie Seeley’s arrest stems from a traffic stop where he was found to allegedly be driving with a revoked, non-driver ID. During their investigation, Seneca Falls Police learned that Seeley was also allegedly in possession of drugs and was driving the car while impaired.
Seeley was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors and felony courts of driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Seeley was released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
