A Seneca Falls man is facing charges in Cayuga County following a reported domestic incident in the town of Aurelius.
During the investigation, it was determined by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office that Ryan Nesbitt allegedly entered a home where he had no permission to enter and engaged in a physical argument with the victim.
The 31-year-old was charged with criminal trespass and menacing and was released to appear in Aurelius Town Court at a future date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
