A 23-year-old Seneca Falls man has been arrested for allegedly violating an order of protection.
Police say Jared Bogart was taken into custody after an investigation determined he violated a Class A order of protection. He is charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a Class A misdemeanor.
Bogart was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
