The investigation into a domestic disturbance in the town of Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a 20-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Michael Deleon-Rivera is accused of placing his hands around the victim’s throat and applying pressure, and leaving fingerprint marks. Deleon-Rivera is also accused of preventing the victim from leaving the residence by blocking the only exit and subjecting the victim to unwanted physical contact.
Deleon-Rivera was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonnment, and harassment. Deleon-Rivera was process and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facililty to await arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
