Police arrested a Seneca Falls man following the investigation into a reported domestic incident.
An investigation determined Michael Mclean was at a residence in Seneca Falls and was allegedly violating a full stay-away order of protection with the protected party.
The 44-year-old Mclean was charged with felony criminal contempt, felony aggravated family offense and a misdemeanor charge of obstructing governmental administration.
Mclean was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
