A Seneca Falls man is facing charges after being arrested by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on Friday.
48-year-old Kenneth Christensen was charged with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, a misdemeanor, and Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation.
Christensen was processed at the police department and then transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, where he awaited arraignment in CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
