A Seneca Falls man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police stemming from an investigation at the Starlite Motel.
Theodore Chaney is accused of refusing to pay for the Motel services for a period of over 30 days. Chaney was charged with theft of services.
After his arrest, Chaney was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
