A Seneca Falls man was arrested Tuesday night following a reported incident behind a local business.
Seneca Falls Police say officers were called to the area around 9:30 p.m. and found 30-year-old Andre Haynes Jr. engaging in lewd conduct in a public location. Haynes was taken into custody and charged with Public Lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor.
Haynes is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
