A Seneca Falls man is facing multiple charges after an investigation into a possible dispute that took place in a moving car in the town of Junius.
According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were able to locate the car in question, which had pulled over at a residence. After a subsequent investigation, it was determined that 26-year-old Christopher Pagano allegedly hit another person, breaking their glasses. When the other party attempted to call 9-1-1, Pagano allegedly took the phone and broke it. Investigators say the incident occurred in front of two children.
Pagano was charged with harassment, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and three counts of criminal mischief. He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
