A domestic incident in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Police were dispatched to a home where Ryan Mendez was accused of having a physical altercation with a family member. During the investigation, it was determined Mendez allegedly subjected a family member to unwanted physical contact by shoving the victim to the ground. The victim did not suffer any injuries. Mendez was processed and charged with one count of harassment.
Mendez was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
