A Seneca Falls man was arrested on a felony after police responded to a residence for a reported domestic incident.
Brian Boisvert was charged with felony strangulation after Seneca Falls Police reported the female victim had a redness and bruising to her face and neck.
The 41-year-old was also charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief and harassment.
Boisvert was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
