A Seneca Falls man was arrested on a felony charge of criminal mischief following the investigation of a domestic incident that happened in a car near State Route 414.
An investigation by Seneca Falls Police determined 23-year-old Isaiah Hughley-Esland struck the windshield of the car, causing it to crack.
Hughley-Esland was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
