A Seneca Falls man who police say fell asleep while getting gas has a date in Seneca Falls Town Court following his arrest on driving under the influence of drugs.
Joshua Oshea’s car was found in the parking lot of the town of Seneca Falls Office Building. An investigation determined O’Shea was driving while impaired by drugs. It was also determined Oshea did not have a license due to a previous charge of driving while impaired by drugs.
OShea was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operator along with misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired by drugs, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Following his arraignment, O’Shea was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
