Seneca Falls Man Charged with Criminal Mischief

On the 16th of November, 2024, at 12:35 PM, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jacob A. Hubbs, age 28, of Seneca Falls, New York. The arrest stems from a domestic disturbance that occurred at a residence in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the domestic disturbance, it was discovered that Hubbs damaged a television and a security camera. Hubbs was taken into custody and then transported to the Seneca Falls Police Department for processing. Hubbs was charged with one count of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor. Hubbs was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
