On October 21, 2024, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Carson Butler, age 24, of Seneca Falls, NY. The arrest stems from a landlord/tenant issue where an a verbal altercation ensued between Butler and the victim. During which, Butler damaged the property of the victim having no right to do so. Butler was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, an A misdemeanor. Butler was issued an appearance ticket and will be due back to court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
