Following an investigation into a domestic disturbance, a Seneca Falls man was charged with criminal contempt.
It is alleged that Jeffrey Ladner violated a stay-away order of protection which prohibited him from being at the home of the person involved in the dispute.
Ladner was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility following his arrest to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
