Last Saturday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 36-year-old Paul Sturiale of Seneca Falls.
Sturiale was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree attempted assault, and third-degree menacing. No details of the circumstances that resulted in the arrest of Sturiale were released.
He was taken to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
