A Seneca Falls man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police on a failure to appear warrant.
The warrant for Charles McCoy stemmed from an alleged incident back in September in which he was charged with harassment. The 67-year-old was released on an appearance ticket but allegedly failed to come to court which resulted in the issuance of the warrant.
Following his arrest this week, McCoy was brought to Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
