Seneca Falls Police arrested a town resident Monday afternoon in connection with a reported domestic incident.
Police say 38-year-old Ronaldo Jordan was taken into custody on charges of robbery in the second degree, a class C felony, as well as petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, and assault in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held pending arraignment.
Police did not release additional details about the incident.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
