A number of complaints made to the Seneca County 911 Center of an erratic driver in the town of Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
It was reported to police that a car driven by 31-year-old Matthew Munson was allegedly operating recklessly and committing numerous traffic violations. The car was located and no bystanders were harmed.
Munson was charged with reckless driving and seven traffic violations. He was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
