A Seneca Falls man was charged with two counts of petit larceny by the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Sedell Hall, Junior, is accused of leaving Walmart with merchandise and failing to render payment for the items. After further investigation, it was confirmed Hall did select merchandise for sale and passed all points of sale failing to render payment for the items. He fled the scene in a car but was quickly apprehended after the car was found in the area.
Hall was charged with two counts of petit larceny after it was learned he allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart the previous day.
Hall was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
