A Seneca Falls man was arrested Monday on a charge of petit larceny.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, Charles Asbury allegedly selected merchandise held for sale at a local business and failed to render payment by passing all points of sale with the merchandise in his possession.
The 45-year-old was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
