A Seneca Falls man was arrested Tuesday on an Ontario County Family Court warrant.
John Brignall was initially taken into custody by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. He was turned over to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office after discovering he had an active warrant out for his arrest.
Brignall was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
