A Seneca Falls man is facing several charges following his arrest on two outstanding warrants.
Police say 45-year-old Jeremiah Hall was taken into custody on Monday in connection with two separate theft incidents that occurred at Circle K and 201 Fall Street. While being arrested, officers say Hall was found in possession of Suboxone pills without a valid prescription. He has been charged with third-degree burglary, two counts of petit larceny, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Hall was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and taken to the Seneca County Jail, where he is awaiting arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
