A Seneca Falls man was arrested Monday on multiple warrants.
According to Seneca Falls Police, Timothy Tandle was found outside of a local residence in the early morning hours and taken into custody without issue. The 42-year-old was arrested for three outstanding bench warrants for failing to appear in court for previous charges of attempted petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal mischief, grand larceny, and obstruction of governmental administration.
Following his arrest, Tandle was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
