Seneca Falls Man Arrested on Multiple Bench Warrants

A Seneca Falls man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant.

The warrant for 47-year-old Charles Smith was for charges of petit larceny and multiple Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear on charges of robbery, endangering the welfare of a child, petit larceny and two counts of grand larceny.

Smith was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
