A Seneca Falls man was arrested Sunday night following the investigation into an alleged domestic incident.
59-year-old John Stahl is accused of damaging property as well as shoving the victim and not letting them leave. He was charged with unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief, and harassment.
Stahl was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
