The investigation into a domestic dispute on Saturday night resulted in the arrest of a 38-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Police were called to a private residence for the report of a domestic disturbance. An investigation determined David Whitcomb had allegedly engaged in violent and threatening behavior toward the victim. He’s then accused of attempting to flee from the police. Once apprehended, Whitcomb was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, and harassment, all misdemeanors.
Whitcomb was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
