On Sunday, Sean Terry, 42, of Seneca Falls, was arrested by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department following a reported disturbance at a local residence.
Terry is accused of several offenses during the incident, including four counts of Harassment in the Second Degree and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Police took Terry into custody and transported him to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment in the Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
As a result of the investigation, an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims involved.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
