A 24-year-old Seneca Falls man has been arrested on charges of intimidating a witness.
According to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department, Walter Wise is accused of making threats to a witness and was charged with intimidating a witness in the third degree, a Class E felony.
Wise was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held pending arraignment.
Police say an order of protection has been requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
