A Seneca Falls man was arrested on a felony charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs early Sunday morning.
While Seneca Falls Police were investigating another matter on Bridge Street when they say they spotted 60-year-old Ronald Manino driving while impaired. The charge was upgraded due to Manino having a prior felony conviction.
Manino was secured at the Seneca County Correctional Facility in order to await arraignment in the Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Court.
