A Seneca Falls man was taken into custody Sunday morning on a number of charges including felony criminal contempt.
Police reported to a residence for a reported domestic incident where a female had a laceration to her face. During the investigation, it was also determined Matthew Lehman allegedly violated an active order of protection against the victim.
Lenham was charged with felony criminal contempt and misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief, and assault.
Lehman was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
