A domestic disturbance Tuesday night in Seneca Falls led to the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
An investigation by Seneca Falls Police determined Brandon Ferris remained unlawfully at the victim’s residence from which he had been previously trespassed from. The 31-year-old is also accused of calling the victim and threatening to choke and slit the victim’s throat. Ferris fled the scene before police arrived. He was located a short time later and was taken into custody without incident.
Ferris was charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, along with misdemeanor charges of aggravated harassment, and criminal trespassing.
Ferris was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
