A Seneca Falls man was arrested Tuesday following a domestic incident.
David Jensen is accused of subjecting another person to unwanted physical contact and directing derogatory and offensive language toward them. Both offenses violated a current Order of Protection between the parties.
Additionally, due to a prior conviction for a qualifying family offense, Jensen was charged with felony aggravated family offense. An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
Jensen was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he will await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
