A traffic stop just after 1 a.m. on Sunday resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man. Roy Kane was initially pulled over after he allegedly failed to stop for a stop sign on State Route 89. During the traffic stop, Seneca Falls Police determined Kane was operating his car while intoxicated.
The 23-year-old Kane was charged with drunken driving, driving with 0.08% or more BAC, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Kane was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town court.
