A domestic incident in the town of Seneca Falls on Saturday resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
During the incident it is alleged that Tyler Dyson picked up a handful of rocks and threw them at the victim’s car as she drove away from the home. Police observed multiple dents and scratches to the vehicle as a result of Dyson throwing the rocks.
Dyson was arrested for criminal mischief and was sent to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
