The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of 33-year-old Bradley Zettlemoyer of Seneca Falls.
Zettlemoyer was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
No details of the circumstances leading to the arrest were released by the police
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
