Seneca Falls Man Arrested on Criminal Contempt, Obstructing Governmental Administration Charges

A Seneca Falls man was arrested on New Year’s Day following the report of a domestic incident.

An investigation revealed that 30-year-old Latino Lugo had an active order of protection against him, protecting the victim, and was unlawfully living at the victim’s home. Lugo was charged with criminal contempt. Police say while in custody, Lugo allegedly refused to cooperate with processing procedures and was additionally charged with obstructing governmental administration.

Lugo was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
