A Seneca Falls man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police following the report of an alleged order of protection violation.
Stephen Kennedy was located outside of a home that he was allegedly forbidden to be on due to an active stay-away order of protection.
Kennedy was charged with criminal contempt and was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Kennedy will be back in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
