A Seneca Falls man was arrested Friday by the Seneca Falls Police Department on a bench warrant.
The warrant was issued for Robert Flavin after he allegedly violated the conditions of his sentence.
Flavin was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
