A Seneca Falls man was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court.
The warrant was issued for Daniel Babbit’s arrest after he allegedly failed to appear in court to answer an original charge.
Babbit was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await CAP arraignment.
