A Seneca Falls man is back in police custody after being arrested on Wednesday following a two-month-long, multi-agency investigation.
John Walters was wanted on the following warrants:

Seneca County Court Warrants:

2 counts of Falsifying Business Records (1st Degree)

1 count of Possession of a Forged Instrument (1st Degree)

1 count of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia (2nd Degree)

1 count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (4th Degree)

2 counts of Petit Larceny

Town of Seneca Falls Court Warrants:

2 counts of Petit Larceny (Failure to Appear)

Town of Webster Court Warrant:

1 count of Petit Larceny

A search warrant was executed at a home at 11 Lincoln Avenue in Seneca Falls at 8:45 a.m. that resulted in Walters being taken into custody without incident.
Following his arrest, Walters was also charged with two counts of bail jumping.
Walters was processed and transported to the Seneca County Jail where he was awaiting arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
