For the second time in a 24 hour span, a Seneca Falls man was arrested for allegedly violating a stay-away order of protection.
Robert Nageldiner was found at the residence of the protected party.
The 53-year-old was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment and will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
