On December 9th, 2023, at 7:37 pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Zachary I Weston, age 36, of Seneca Falls. Police were initially called the Weston’s residence to investigate a domestic disturbance. While on scene, Zachary failed to comply with lawful order of the police and resisted the police when he was being detained. Weston was charged with obstructing governmental administrations in the 2nd degree and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
