SHARE NOW

On Friday, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 55-year-old local resident following an investigation into verbal threats.

Stanley Cole was taken into custody after police determined he allegedly made verbal threats to physically harm another person. Following the investigation, Cole was charged with Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree.

Cole was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment Part court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
