On June 24h, 2024 at 9:43 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Daniel E. Closson, age 37, of Seneca Falls, NY following a call regarding a domestic disturbance. Through further investigation it was determined Closson had subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact, and damaged property belonging to the victim. Closson was charged with harassment in the second degree, a violation, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor. Closson was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim. The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department was assisted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office during the investigation.
